The SIA Foundation Inc. is committed to making gifts to qualifying organizations, institutions, or entities within Indiana that will improve the quality of life and help meet the needs of the residents of the State of Indiana. The Foundation achieves this mission through cash grants which are used to support the funding of specific capital projects in the areas of:

• Health and Welfare

• Close to 300 SIA Associates( Subaru of Indiana Automotive, INC employees) utilize the SIA Foundation Matching Gifts program each year to help support over 100 non-profit organizations in the state of Indiana
• Organizations receiving the largest amount of matching gifts:

  • Purdue University
• The SIA Foundation celebrated its 10th Anniversary in 2007
• $96,918 in matching gifts have been made on behalf of SIA Associates through the SIA Foundation since 1998.
• $534,856 in capital grants have been awarded to over 148 organizations since 1998.
