The SIA Foundation Inc. is committed to making gifts to qualifying organizations, institutions, or entities within Indiana that will improve the quality of life and help meet the needs of the residents of the State of Indiana. The Foundation achieves this mission through cash grants which are used to support the funding of specific capital projects in the areas of:

• Education
• Health and Welfare

SIA Foundation Facts as of 12/3/2007

• In 2007 SIA Foundation celebrated its 10 Year Anniversary
• Close to 300 SIA Associates( Subaru of Indiana Automotive, INC employees) utilize the SIA Foundation Matching Gifts program each year to help support over 100 non-profit organizations in the state of Indiana
• Organizations receiving the largest amount of matching gifts:
  • American Cancer Society
  • American Heart Association
  • Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
  • March of Dimes
  • Purdue University
• SIA Foundation Matching gifts totaling $75,000 have been dispersed since October, 1998.
• $443,000 in SIA Foundation Capital Grants have been awarded to 125 organizations since December 1998.
